Just want to acknowledge my favorite and trusted, fail-safe baker Anne of @thebluetoque who despite the 2 DAY short notice was able to do such a great job (NO IFS, NO BUTS)! Anne is so PROFESSIONAL that she replies as soon as she can, EXPLAINS THOROUGHLY why something can't be done then suggests an alternative. Any deviation in the design I want she immediately informs me. She is also very flexible and easy to talk to. When she has my cakes delivered, it is on time and of course in the presentation and flavor that I ordered. Most importantly, her desserts are CONSISTENTLY DELICIOUS. Even my friends are so happy with her, they started ordering from her! No wonder she is so in demand!

I tried “The Ulitmate” cake and it undoubtedly lived up to it’s name… The cake was positively rich and satisfying. Texture of the bottom layer was a surprise because it had a nice crunch to it. I was also able to try the Nutella Mouse Cake and it was just as good. You can definitely taste the nutella and you don’t feel like you were short changes with the amount of chocolate.

Because of these two very delicious cakes, I custom ordered 3 dozens Star Wars cupcakes. The cupcakes came out so well. No two cupcakes were alike! Most importantly, the chocolate cupcakes were moist and good. I was hoping that the base of the cupcakes could be the chocolate mousse to incorporate the delicious cake and the talented designs… Blue toque said it was not possible because the topper would be too heavy and the cake would melt… But another good idea for them to consider later on!

All in all, I am super satisfied with the service, deliver and taste of all of the offerings so far! A definitely must-try and a number to keep in mind for second-helpings! :)

Best bespoke cake I've ever tried. Its been almost a year since I won their raffle and that's where I first tasted Ms. Anne's desserts. A two thumbs up indeed, the cakes and cookies are very delicious and she is very accomodating when I was inquiring about their products. Will surely order from you again sometime soon!
